Grab your green beer and get a good seat for the all of the Maple Lake excitement during the town parade. Section 30 has the honor of playing on the MP Nexlevel parade float in the Maple Lake St. Patty's Parade again! This was a great time last year and I'm sure will be a blast again.

We are playing a benefit and fundraiser in memory of Tim Patnode. Tim was a generous, loving father, son, brother, and dear friend to many. Tim took his life last March, overcome by depression. He left us all far too soon, leaving pain and questions for many of us. We are inviting friends, family and acquaintances to come together to visit, laugh, share memories, enjoy some great music by Section 30, and help us to raise money for SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education). A small portion of the funds raised by the silent auction will be used towards the purchase of a tree in Tim’s Memory, through the Arboretum Tree Sponsorship Program in Maple Grove. The remaining and majority of funds will be donated to SAVE, and used to fund programs to help educate others on the warning signs of suicide. With education, comes prevention. If we can do a small thing to help save a life, and prevent even one family from feeling the pain that we do…we will have made a difference. For more information on SAVE, you can visit www.save.org.
